Once logged into your DIRTEA account, you'll see your points in your account.

To redeem points, simply log into your account and scroll to the 'How to Redeem Your Points' section on the loyalty page. Click 'Redeem Points' to generate a unique discount code, then enter that code at checkout to redeem your points. After redeeming and receiving a discount code, it will also appear on the rewards history (so you won't lose it).

Only one discount code or points redemption can be applied per order. For example, you can't combine a loyalty points code with other promotional codes in the same checkout.

Referring friends is the ultimate way to share the DIRTEA love! In your Loyalty account page, you'll find a unique referral link. Send this to any of your friends who haven't purchased DIRTEA yet, and you'll both receive £10 off your next purchase when they make their first purchase of £60 or more.

Your VIP status level is valid for 12 months from the date you reach that tier. VIP tiers encourage you to stay engaged with DIRTEA each year to keep enjoying the perks.

If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, your points will expire.
