Immune-strengthening peanut butter yoghurt

This is a delicious, quick and easy pudding that great for your mind and body.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp coconut yogurt

1 tbsp DIRTEA Mushroom Cacao

1 tbsp peanut butter

Handful crushed hazelnuts (can also replace with pecans or almonds)

35g chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Fresh raspberries (can use any fruit of choice here)

Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Mix coconut yogurt and Mushroom Cacao well. Layer with peanut butter, crushed hazelnuts, chia seeds and berries. Top with cacao nibs and a drizzle of syrup.
